OK, so let’s review.
You know that you need to have a healthy dialogue with your Inner Critic.
You also understand that self-care, or doing healthy habits consistently….
Is super important.
However, this final piece is the most important of all.
The final piece of the self worth puzzle is mindfulness. Using your mind to create a better mental world for yourself.
Mindfulness gets to the root of the low self worth problem.
Specifically, a type of mindfulness called “loving-kindness.”
Loving-kindness: the “secret sauce”
In this type of mindfulness, you literally learn how to create emotions of love towards yourself.
It may sound hippie dippie, and artificial, or like affirmations.
But it’s NONE of those things.
Trust me when I say this:
Loving-kindness is the most powerful tool you have for building high self worth.
Because of loving-kindness….
I now have much better answers to these questions:
- “Do I like myself?
- “Am I a good person?
- “Do I deserve love?”
Instead of judging myself….
Now, I SUPPORT myself.
And I’m much stronger because of it.
There’s a lot more I want to tell you.
About mindfulness, about making friends with your inner critic, and about self-care.
So much more, that I can’t fit it all in one article.
It’s getting a bit long already.
